Joe Rogan was taken aback when he found out about the skill set of Larry Jordan. During an episode of his podcast, Rogan saw a clip of 5’9″ Larry throwing down a reverse two-handed dunk effortlessly and hitting fadeaway jumpers with Michael defending. The guest who was talking about Larry stated that he realized MJ’s secret and claimed that Jordan learned his sweet iconic fadeaway from his older brother. Rogan was impressed and stated, “That’s a great sparring partner!”?
The throwback video clip was during the Bulls legend’s time in the NBA. So Larry’s game against a prime MJ was remarkable. Notably, even the 5x NBA MVP once admitted that Larry’s talent helped him.

Michael Jordan gave major props to his brother
Michael Jordan once credited his brother Larry for his determination during an interview. He said, “And whenever I was about his height, he used to wear me out in the backyard. And I guess from that determination just to beat him, I guess that made me work hard.”
The 14x NBA All-Star also said that Larry was a very talented basketball player. Furthermore, he reiterated this during his Hall of Fame enshrinement speech in front of the basketball world as well.
