Mark your calendars for March 6, 2024. That’s the date Shaquille O’Neal will take off his shirt. It’s also his 52nd birthday but that’s secondary to Shaq’s ultimate goal. The 7’1″ giant has put in two years of hard work and dedication to getting back into his fourth championship shape. Yet his teammate from that championship was left speechless at his ultimate goal.

If you’ve kept up with Shaq’s weight loss journey, you’d be aware of his motivation. He wants to go shirtless and give the likes of Tom Brady and Instagram models a run for their money. With Udonis Haslem on The Big Podcast, he declared he’d fulfill his “Thot Daddy” dream on his upcoming birthday.

If I don’t pull my shirt off March 6th on my birthday and show people how sexy I am, I’ll give you $10,000,” Shaq told his co-host, Adam Lefkoe. He’s not specified about the necessity of the eight-pack abs he wanted but he’d love to. “My New Year’s resolution is to be chiselled up. I want to do a Thot Daddy Thursday every week.”

The idea of a weekly thirst trap from his former teammate he trash-talked on the regular with elicited this response from UD. “This man said ‘Thot Daddy Thursday.’ Man, where you coming at?” Eloquent much, Haslem?

He gave Shaq an opening though. He upped the ante to provoke Haslem further by describing an “oiled” visual of himself that made UD’s fingers curl in cringe. “I don’t know what that’s gonna be like,” is UD’s fear.

It’s no joke though. Shaq said, “If I’m not chiselled up by March 6, I’m going to give $10,000 to any charity you want,” referring to Lefkoe. The TNT analyst should prepare a list of charities.

Shaquille O’Neal’s chiselled ambitions

Shaq’s weight loss journey began in 2021 after a horrific realization that his health has been in shambles since retiring in 2011. With the help of IFBB pro trainer, Roc Shabazz, and dieticians, Shaq has managed to shed at least 50lbs and is about 25lbs away from his goal.

He doesn’t just want to be trimmer. He told Tom Brady he was jealous of how fit he is after retirement and wants to have a beach bod to flaunt too. Setting these goals have been beneficial to him to hit each milestone.
