Charles Barkley‘s Minneapolis trip will remain memorable. Not just to him but to the rest of us too. Thanks to Anthony Edwards and the Minnesota Timberwolves, the Chuckster took a trip to Minneapolis after almost 20 years. From Sir Charles visiting popular eateries to Edwards ushering in a whole new tourism campaign ad, the trip seemed fun and a big success as well. And the TNT crew ensured that the fun didn’t fade till the end.

Barkley’s seemingly odd and tiny carry-on for the journey piqued the interest of Indiana Pacers legend and fellow TNT analyst Reggie Miller. To tease the 1993 NBA MVP, Miller shared a snippet of the 252lbs, 6’6 tall Chuck holding the tiny carry-on and shared it on his Instagram Story.

He wrote, “I am sorry @Charleswbarkley, no way in HELL any of your suits fitting in this kids size carry on.” Perhaps the analyst was just as curious as we were to know what could have Barkley brought with him to Minneapolis. As Miller suggested, suits certainly aren’t in this tiny luggage. New to Instagram, Barkley also reshared the post on his Instagram stories and added laughter emojis.

Maybe, this tiny one has only the things that Chuck needs while going out to his favorite destination in every city. Chuck shared numerous posts describing Minneapolis as the best place. However, during a segment on Inside The NBA, Shaquille O’Neal pointed out that Chuck has only been visiting restaurants.

Shaquille O’Neal pokes fun at Charles Barkley for visiting Minneapolis eateries only

“We’ve been here two days and you’ve shouted out five food places! You didn’t go to the zoo, you didn’t go to the mall, you didn’t go to CVS! You’re talking about it’s a great city!” O’Neal hilariously remarked. Next time you find out that Barkley is in town, look around at the famous eateries. Apparently, these are the only places Chuck likes to visit when he goes to a different state.

After the Minnesota Timberwolves defeated the Denver Nuggets in Game 7 and headed for the Western Conference Finals, Edwards had the chance to sit with Inside the NBA crew for an interview. Hopping on his chance to get a personalized invitation, Barkley stated that he had not visited Minneapolis in 20 years.

Edwards didn’t miss the chance to put forth an invitation to Barkley in a hilarious way, saying, “Bring ya a**.” Before Game 1 between the Timberwolves and Dallas Mavericks, Chuck informed that he was in Minneapolis with a clip repeating Edwards’ invitation tagline. All in all, Chuck seemed to have the best time of his life in the city.
