Shaquille O’Neal is making full use of his fame. Having left his playing days behind, Shaq is diving headfirst into his career as a musician. Performing at various events as a DJ, the NBA legend is taking his ‘DJ Diesel’ persona to basketball and music enthusiasts around the world. If he has to go into rebel mode to do so, then there is no one to stop him.
Barely a few hours after highlighting the ‘danger’ that will be at his upcoming music festival, O’Neal brought out a heart thumping track against an explicit instruction.

Shaquille O’Neal highlights his ‘rule defying’ moment
A few hours ago, the official Instagram handle of DJ Diesel published a reel for his 1 Million followers. It highlighted the Los Angeles Lakers legend performing his dubstep tracks for a huge and lively crowd. A message popped up during the beginning of the video, highlighting how Shaq was asked by the management to “NOT play heavy dubstep at the Vegas VIP Club.”
From what viewers saw, the Big Aristotle chose to enter a rebellious mode and disregard the instruction.

With the crowd egging him on, the 2000 NBA MVP brought out a dubstep track. It was synched with two smoke machines venting out towards his fans. As everyone vibed to the music, no one seemed to mind the heavy dubstep track.
Shaq wrote a caption alongside the social media reel that read “they gonna learn today” accompanied by two laughing emoji. NBA fans know that Shaquille O’Neal is his own personality. Nobody is going to tell DJ Diesel what he can and cannot do.

This past year has seen Shaquille O’Neal taking a deep dive into his music career, performing at various events like Lollapalooza and Tomorrowland. Having launched his first Dubstep album a few weeks ago, Shaq is now looking to set up his own festival.
Shaq’s “hardest headbanging set” is coming soon
His hilarious social media post comes barely a few hours after he issued a warning for his fans and other ‘bass heads’.

During an interview with Forbes, DJ Diesel touched upon his very own music festival, which will feature many prominent names in dubstep and bass. But despite the exciting things that are set to go down, Shaq wanted to ensure that the attendees understood one thing.
“I love flames. It goes without saying but the DIESEL will be joining all of you in the mosh pit, so beware.”
Shaq said during the interview. “It will be my hardest headbanging set yet.”
