Days before the UCLA Bruins’ first home meet of 2025, gymnast Jordan Chiles had a request. She urged the fans to be present at Pauley Pavilion on January 25. She ended the note with a promise of an “amazing show.” While the UCLA Bruins fans kept their word with their presence, the athlete also fulfilled her end with a classic display and glorious win. The fans present at Pauley included Dwyane Wade, his wife Gabrielle Union, Taraji P. Henson, and more.
The Bring It On actress just dropped a selfie with Chiles and her celebrity fans P. Henson and Sanaa Lathan. “Stars are in the building,” the post is captioned. For this inspiring display, Union also brought her 6-year-old daughter Kaavia. She shared a snap of her posing alongside her daughter and captioned it, “A happy Bruin.” She had to be present for her alma mater.
Both mother and daughter are big fans of the gymnast. They were also present in the French capital for the 2024 Olympics to support and cheer for Team USA including Jordan and Simone Biles. Both Jordan and Simone recalled being starstruck by Union’s presence in the audience.
