Dwyane and Gabrielle met back in 2007 at a Super Bowl party, but it wasn’t love at first sight. Both of them were in the middle of tough personal situations. Gabrielle had just gone through a divorce from her first husband, former NFL player Chris Howard, while Dwyane was still married to his high school sweetheart, Siohvaughn Funches.

Despite all that, they took their time, turning what began as a friendship into something much deeper.
