After ‘Declaring’ Love for Pastor Husband, Shaquille O’Neal’s Ex-Wife of 12 Years Shares Glimpses of Overseas ‘Voyage’

NBA icon Shaquille O’Neal has excelled at pretty much everything that he has taken an interest in. Worth over $400 million with an NBA career most could only dream of, it is safe to assume that Shaq can do it all. While that is mostly the case, there is a department where Shaq hasn’t found much success. The big man has had his toughest time when it comes to relationships and has previously admitted to not being the best husband. However, his ex-wife Shaunie has moved on and is enjoying life with her pastor husband. Just weeks after declaring her love for her new beau, Shaunie flaunted her overseas vacation in a recent post.

Despite getting divorced 12 years ago, Shaq approved of Shaunie’s marriage to Keion Henderson. While he did state that Shaunie was “still my wife,“ the two seem to carry a positive relationship.

Shaunie Henderson shares glimpses of European adventure

The ex-wife of Shaquille O’Neal, Shaunie Henderson, recently shared glimpses of her vacation in Capri, Italy. Visiting the pearl of the Mediterranean with her husband Keion, the two were seen enjoying on a yacht. With Keion’s birthday being on July 6th, the vacation was a direct reflection of the couple’s honeymoon from a year ago.

Posting a reel about the same, Shaunie could be seen doing a little jiggy as her husband joined her. Marrying the Houston-based pastor in 2022, Shaunie seems to be enjoying her new start.

During their month-long honeymoon last year, the couple visited Monaco, France, and Italy. Describing the trip, Keion stated, “We went seven (or) eight places, I’ve never met kinder individuals.” Speaking of his favorite destination of them all, the pastor revealed “My favorite place might have been Capri.”

A year later, the couple is back in the Capri sun enjoying the views. Shaunie reiterated the couple’s love for Italy as the caption on her post read. “Exploring the beautiful country of Italy & taking in all the breathtaking views.” This trip comes on the back of Shaunie showering praise on her “best friend” recently.

Shaunie declares her love for her husband

After getting married in May 2022, Shaunie sat down with People’s magazine a few weeks ago as she reflected on a year of her marriage. She stated, “Newlywed life is amazing, I love this guy, and the best part about it is he’s my best friend.” The ‘Basketball Wives’ star continued to express her feelings as she revealed how much she enjoyed his company, stating. “It’s so easy (to be around him).”

The Lead pastor of The Lighthouse Church in Houston, Keion, shared the same sentiment. As he felt that the relationship has been “easy” for him as well. A year on from their marriage and the couple seems to be adjusting fine to one another. How do you rate this couple? Let us know in the comments.
