Dominating is just what an O’Neal does. Shaquille O’Neal’s youngest of six kids, Me’Arah O’Neal, is projected as the next big thing on the court. Even her brothers agree that she’s the best athlete in the family. Me’Arah, however, is making it known she’s not the only one. Her brother, Shaqir O’Neal, is gaining some well-deserved recognition in college basketball too.
High Level did a rundown of emerging on-court talent and an O’Neal or two made the cut. Me’Arah reshared the post that gloriously declares, “Shaqir O’Neal is tuff,” on her Instagram Stories. And she added this comment to cement his ‘tuffness’, “runs in the family.”
Her other brother, Shareef O’Neal, also got the High Level spotlight in 2023. He, however, was at the back of her mind for this one. She instead reiterated in a different post, “That boy been tuff,” about Shaqir. Not only Meezy, but their mom Shaunie Henderson was also hyped for her “Baby boy” Shaqir’s moment in the spotlight.

The 20-year-old is currently a forward for the Texas Southern Tigers. He’s not played in recent games. High Level listed his potential and talent as, “Standing tall at 6’8 », he dominates as a versatile wing player. With a potent three-point shot and an aggressive attacking style towards the rim, he exhibits immense scoring potential.” They go on to say, “his defensive prowess adds depth to his game, making him a formidable presence on both ends of the court.”

Shaqir came up on The Big Podcast recently. Shaquille O’Neal was asked who among his six kids would become a parent first. “I’m going to have to go with Shaqir. Cuz they say he’s my light-skinned twin.” He hinted that he’s had this talk with his youngest son too. “I always tell him like, ‘Hey man, when s**t goes down, don’t call your mama first. You better call me first, I can tell you that.”
