Holiday fun has begun for the O’Neal kids. For the Christmas preparations, Shaquille O’Neal’s kids have reached Houston to spend it with their mother. Last year, it was Shaunie’s girls who had the entire family occupied with arts and crafts. This year, it’s the mother of five herself who has had the kids engaged in a tough task with strict conditions. The kids wouldn’t have had to struggle if only they had taken lessons from their father.
The eldest, Myles, just shared a short clip on social media to show his trials and tribulations in making candies. That’s correct. Shaunie’s holiday tradition is to make candies, and she has an interesting rule to motivate the kids. They can only get the food when they successfully make the candies. As the camera panned to Shaunie, she pouted a bit and appeared satisfied with the new rule. “We’re out here making candy, y’all. She (Shaunie) said if we don’t make the candy, we can’t eat,” he said.
While we are yet to see how much Shareef has succeeded, Myles’ hard work paid off. While O’Neal flaunts a diamond-encrusted chain, we have Myles O’Neal showing off a cooler and perhaps the most charming candy chain. “Yall gotta catch up bro we not wearing nothing regular. Candycane only fr,” Myles captioned.

To be fair, we expected nothing less from the Los Angeles Lakers legend, O’Neal’s kids. After all, the Big Aristotle was raised in Germany, which is home to the production of an eclectic mix of candies, chocolates, and gummies.
Their sister Amirah was also present. However, both college students, Me’Arah and Shareef, were absent. Shaunie’s eldest daughter Amirah is surely loving the new traditions, considering the task she was given last year.

Me’Arah O’Neal had a tougher task for the family
For Christmas last year, both Me’Arah and Amirah joined Shaunie and Pastor Keion Henderson. For the holiday festivities, Me’Arah had her mother, stepfather, and sister engaged in serious arts and crafts to create and decorate cookies. They worked together to make a huge Christmas cookie house, which they proudly shared in their IG Stories.

“Amirahoneal came over and orchestrated Arts & Crafts time,” Shaunie wrote on her IG post. No wonder the kids love these little crafts so much. O’Neal has a sweet tooth too, which might have been one of the reasons he teamed up with Hershey’s. This year, O’Neal signed a partnership deal with a confectionery brand. This partnership led to the production of cute and delicious gummies, Shaq-a-licious. Fans might recall O’Neal even promoting the gummies at a Walmart store.
Throughout the production process, Shaquille O’Neal was actively involved—from the flavors to the unique design resembling Shaq’s head. The mastermind behind it all was O’Neal himself. So, perhaps the O’Neal kids know a thing or two about candy making too.
