Through his work and his passion, the Los Angeles Lakers legend has earned a certain amount of respect from artists. And Big Diesel gives it back tenfold.

A few years after his ex-wife had a fan-girl moment with this Grammy award winner, Shaq took to social media to endorse the same musician’s dancing skills.

Shaquille O’Neal snubs Michael Jackson and endorses a 34YO Legend

Music executive Ray Daniels shared a clip from a 10-year-old interview that caught O’Neal’s eye. During the conversation, a topic was raised over who deserves to be called a better dancer: Chris Brown or Michael Jackson. Ray Daniels emphasized that the comparison is not something that is even remotely close. While he stated that Michael Jackson was nothing short of “perfect”, he had to admit that Chris Brown is a better dancer.

It seems this statement was Shaquille O’Neal approved! He took to his Instagram story to share it with his 32.3 Million followers.

“He’s more choreographed. Chris Brown is the best dancer and artist of all time,” said Daniels during the interview.

When Daniels co-host highlighted that Chris Brown is not restricted to any genre, he stated his approval on the opinion. “There’s nothing he can’t do,” Daniels added as the clip drew to a close.

Through his reshare, fans speculated that Shaq himself held the opinion that Chris Brown reigns supreme over the King of Pop when it comes to dancing. It was an apparent snub towards Michael Jackson, with whom Shaq had collaborated for the latter’s 1995 track “2 Bad”.

Having earlier brought on Magic Johnson and Michael Jordan, O’Neal was the third NBA player to have been a small part of Jackson’s everlasting legacy.

Despite the history though, it seems Shaq and his ex-wife are on the same page about Chris Brown.

Shaunie Henderson couldn’t stop hopping

Back in October 2019, the official Youtube Channel of ‘All Urban Central’ uploaded a video. It highlighted the Lakers star’s ex-wife, Shaunie Henderson and Chris Brown himself. The clip kicked off just as Shaunie caught a glimpse of the musical artist.

She screamed excitedly and started hopping towards Brown. The 34-year-old, who couldn’t help but smile, warmly embraced his fan.

Even after the hug, Shaunie still had some energy left. She kept hopping on the same spot as the people around her shared in her excitement.

Just like Shaunie, Shaq is not someone who has not lost any admiration towards Chris Brown.
