Has Shaquille O’Neal just bought yet another mechanical marvel? This year has been all about Shaq or his cars taking the spotlight. Thanks to his newly formed close ties with the automotive dealers, Effortless Motors, O’Neal has bought and sold several creations. Not to forget, he already owns 40 cars. He purchased nearly 8 cars from the dealers, and after putting up a piece from his collection for sale, O’Neal might be eyeing a new car.

Just recently, a video of O’Neal going through the car collection in a showroom surfaced. He passed a few cars, which appeared to be just toys in front of him, as he remarked, “I can’t fit in this.” He finally came near a car, which appeared to be a black mini G-Wagon, and said, “I can fit in this.”

While he did fit in the car, it looked very uncomfortable. His legs were almost bent because of the cramped space, and he was too close to the steering wheel. It’s unknown whether he bought the car. However, if he had bought it, chances are that he wants to customize it as well. Almost all of his cars are customized to make him fit properly inside.

He came across Effortless Motors a few months ago, thanks to their situation with LeBron James. Since then, he has used a considerable amount of his $500 million net worth to buy two Cybertrucks. The third Cybertruck was a gift to the basketball legend. He also bought three more cars from the dealers.

Shaquille O’Neal transformed Lucid Air

The Big Aristotle wanted a new car with certain features tailored to his liking. And the 4x NBA champ had just leveled up the game by commissioning a never-before-seen Lucid Air two-door coupé. The company quickly jumped into action. Mark Zuckerberg is also one of their customers.

The EV that O’Neal had in mind is usually available only as a four-door. However, the Los Angeles Lakers legend, with a net worth of $500 million, turned his demand for a four-door into a two-door. But it wasn’t an ordinary job for the company. Seats had to be replaced with larger ones, and unlike the minivan, the front seats will likely have more space.

What’s your perspective on:

Is Shaq's car collection a testament to his style, or just another celebrity extravagance?

The Lucid badge has been replaced with the word “Diesel.” The transformation work of the car has been showcased on O’Neal’s IG handle as well. “The Shaq Special” also features O’Neal’s favorite color, burgundy. As mentioned before, this is one of the many standout creations O’Neal has purchased this year.
