We have three words for Shaq – You Are Funny. Was that so hard? But Shaquille O’Neal seems to have a chronic condition that makes it difficult for him to count his words. He seems to have caught the bug from Charles Barkley. O’Neal was enjoying that super awesome moment with his old team, only to be mercilessly teased on social media. Well, it isn’t Big Diesel if he doesn’t turn the joke around and drag his ‘best friend’ with him.
Their back and forth spilled to Barkley’s new gig, too. Chuck was enjoying a Shaq-less work environment when the big fella disrupted it.

The TNT Studio was lacking Shaquille O’Neal on Tuesday, but his absence was not felt. Charles Barkley brought him up in a timely fashion just to troll him. Shaq was instead a color commentator at the Miami Heat game with Reggie Miller.
Miller asked O’Neal what is ‘Heat Culture’ and the franchise’s 2006 champion answered, “I’m gonna define it in three words: Discipline, motivation, and never giving up.” While valid, those are six words. The Inside Crew already laughed over his miscounting. Then the NBA on TNT Instagram page ran with it, writing, “That’s more than three words.”
So, in true Shaq fashion, he rolled with the joke with a single comment. “I had a Chuck moment.” That was a moment when Barkley infamously miscounted his words, too.

Notice how Chuck was quiet during the Shaq trolling. Because he once said, “Two words for you; Steve Nash and Chris Paul, must see TV.” Seven words didn’t contract to two. And Shaq doesn’t skip a chance to rib Barkley.

The official Miami Heat account came to Shaq’s defense. “chill on Shaq! Takes more than 3 words to describe what we got,” it read. But Shaq had already got sweet revenge by then.

Shaq crashes Charles Barkley’s premiere
While Shaq was defining Heat Culture at the Miami game, 3x WNBA champion, Candace Parker took his spot at the TNT studio. Barkley loved having her on the show and lavished her with praise. “You’re so much more beautiful than Shaq,” he told her.
The next day was Charles Barkley’s debut as a talk show host with King Charles, alongside Gayle King on CNN. The show surprised him with a ‘mystery caller’ who turned out to be Shaq. He wanted to know how someone as smart as King ends up on a show with a “dummy” like Chuck.
