51 and fit, would be a great way to define NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal. It’s a known fact that the Los Angeles Lakers legend is in an ongoing physical transformation process. It’s been quite some time since Big Diesel teased the changes on his body. Well, worry no more because Shaq has posted an entire video flexing his transformation. And, this will be the perfect time to look back into his podcast buddy’s “thirst trap” accusation.

This is not the first time the 4x NBA champion has shared his shirtless pictures. Shaq had a goal set in his mind, which he shared in the podcast. Considering his new look, it all makes sense now!

Shaquille O’Neal teases physical changes to live up to his words  

There are a few reasons why Shaq wants to reduce weight. One, the LA legend had some medical difficulties early this year and in 2022. After retirement, the 51-year-old was not living a healthy lifestyle which motivated him to get back to being fit. 

Second, Shaq has the desire to go shirtless in Las Vegas, in his start-up, the ‘Fantasy Labs‘. We’ll take a deeper look into it but before that, the Big Aristotle also wanted to be the finest 50-year-old last year.

In a podcast with his friend Nischell Turner, Shaq was questioned if his shirtless posts were thirst traps. Well, the 2000 MVP gave a cool reply, “ I was on TikTok and the girl said, ‘When you’re 50 and you’re fine.’ And listen I think I’m the finest 50-year-old in the world.’”

It’s been nearly a year and Shaq is now 51. With this new video below, it’s safe to say Shaq wants to prove he is the finest 51-year-old in the world. Shaq added in the captions, “Time to transform“.

Shaq’s new entertainment venture, the ‘Fantasy Labs’ is now open in Sin City. Earlier, Big Diesel also revealed that he would show his complete physical transformation in the same lab. The former Miami Heat star has lost more than 40 lbs, hoping to further trim it down.
