I always tell my family, ‘Show me a movie where Santa receives a gift and I’ll let you buy me a gift'”. Recently, Shaquille O’Neal spoke to People exclusively, about not being on board with the idea of receiving gifts. The NBA icon even added that if his kids or anyone else brings him something, he doesn’t open them. In fact, there is a storage room with 30 years of gifts unopened. But that doesn’t mean that the Lakers legend won’t give anyone else a present. He recently did so that too, because someone kept an old promise.

Basketball Cop Foundation founder Bobby White said, “Shaq is an amazing human who has encouraged these young men to listen to their parents and work hard in school. Nobody expected that these young men would get cars as a reward, but that’s just who Shaq is.” As per the Alachua Chronicle, this all began in 2016, when Gainesville Police Department Officer Bobby White received a complaint about kids.

As per the complaints, the teenagers were playing basketball “loudly”. White diligently attended to the matter, but he never told the kids that it was wrong to be playing basketball. Instead, he explained to them that he had no issue with it. Plus, played with them for some minutes, before he attended another call. The dashcam footage from the call went viral, and White was back sharing the court with the kids, this time with The Big Aristotle.
