The question of GOAT internet personality emerged during a talk show on Complex. “I would say MrBeast. But is that controversial?” Myles questioned. Surprisingly, even Shaq stated he would’ve taken MrBeast, aka Jimmy Donaldson’s name. The former LA Lakers star admitted he likes the 26-year-old YouTuber as a person. “I saw the other day he’s handing out 27 teslas. And I met his mom. She’s a wonderful person,” Shaq said.

Watching his father approve of his answer, Myles even stated on the show that he really wants to meet MrBeast. “Hit me up, please,” he added. Wondering where the former NBA star could’ve met the most subscribed YouTuber in the world? Well, Shaquille O’Neal and Mr.Beast featured in a documentary show called Beyond The Spotlight. 

Produced by Leonardo DiCaprio, the show included independent episodes of celebrities from different professions trying to bring a change to the environment. As per the reports, MrBeast was picked for raising $20 million to plant 20 million trees. This seems to be the only possible opportunity for any major interaction that Shaq could have had with MrBeast. Nonetheless, now might not be the best time to talk about Donaldson as Myles also stated.

The YouTuber has been embroiled in a major controversy because of one of his cast mates, Ava Kris Tyson. Donaldson released a statement saying he was “disgusted and opposed to such unacceptable acts” as had been alleged and was hiring an independent investigator to look further into the matter. However, it seems like that’s in the past as both Shaq and Myles had nothing but praise for Mr. Beast. This was not the only instance that the 4x NBA champ came across an internet sensation, though.
