The boys are in town! Shaquille O’Neal and Dwyane Wade played together for 4 years and have been good friends for a long time. So understandably, their eldest sons, Shareef O’Neal and Zaire Wade, share a good connection as well. The two have constantly supported each other’s basketball careers on social media. But the same thing has seen them go their separate ways too. Finally, a historic event brought the two together after a long time. Miami rolled out the biggest event of the year, Rolling Loud, which welcomed a massive crowd in attendance to witness the thrilling hip-hop and rap performances.
Zaire shared snaps of the same on his IG stories. The first features the two posing for the camera while showing a peace sign. This was followed by another video, edited with still images of Zaire and Shareef enjoying the event with their friends. O’Neal’s son is also one of the silent supporters of Zaire.

Just two months ago, it was announced that D-Wade’s son was planning to be part of the NBA G League draft on Oct. 26. However, he was not selected by any of the 31 teams. Zaire has previously played for the G League Salt Lake City Stars. In 2022, a knee injury caused an issue for him, just as Shareef’s heart surgery sidelined him for a year during his playing days in college. Following this, the Miami Heat legend’s son played in Africa for the Cape Town Tigers.
However, his dream is still to make it to the NBA. Showing support for Zaire, Shareef reshared the GTV Hoops post on his IG story with no caption. Since the two were at the same event, a snap seemed like a must. It was an unmissable event at that, with several A-listers and artists, including Travis Scott, in action.

Travis Scott & Future headline Rolling Loud Miami 2024
This year, the Hip Hop festival celebrated its 10th anniversary. The event features American rappers Scott, Don Toliver, and Kodak Black as the headliners on Day 2 at Hard Rock Stadium. Day 1 saw Future and Metro Boomin headline. The international festival is being held on December 13, 14, and 15.
For those unable to attend in person in Miami, they won’t miss out. A special partnership with Amazon Music is live streaming the entire show. Shareef, who is fond of music just like his father and brother Myles, couldn’t have missed it.
