The term ‘Jack of all trades’ quite literally sums up the personality that Shaquille O’Neal is. Making his name in the NBA as the most dominant player, Shaq has taken that title off the court as well. Along with his multimillion-dollar investments, Shaq is also a very successful real estate mogul. During his stint in real estate, Shaq has managed to raise a fortune of $33 million. While he isn’t an agent himself, he did take to social media to warn ultra-rich real estate collectors of one big thing.

Taking to his Instagram, Shaq recently posted a story giving property collectors an insight into transferring one’s property to a trust. Sharing a post from an account named ‘flippingheelsdmv’, Shaq let his followers in on the secrets of owning property, as shared by the user.

The video which was dubbed, “How to put your home in a trust,” gave owners an insight on a trust’s benefits. A step-by-step process, Shaq seemed to find the video informative and – with his real estate record – evidently credible.

For those who aren’t familiar with a trust – it is a legal entity where a property is held by one party for the benefit of another.

While the aforementioned properties fetched double digits, Shaq’s Beverly Hills Mansion fetched a measly $6.4 million, but that was in 2004. The same property was sold for $9.5 million in 2021 and if still owned by Shaq could have fetched a lot more.
