The unexpected NBA x NFL crossover of Sabrina Ionescu and Hroniss Grasu is the talk of the town at the moment and fans are absolutely loving this athletic combo. However, the notable part is the admiration that the newlyweds continue to get from Kobe Bryant‘s family, especially his 21-year-old daughter, who is in awe of them. The New York Liberty star recently shared a wholesome note for her husband, along with a few aesthetic pictures that caught Natalia’s eye.

Ionescu wrote, “March 10, 2024…The day I got to marry my best friend, my other half. The best day of my life. I love you, always and forever.” The heartfelt message from the 26-year-old has made some noise on Instagram and Natalia Bryant wanted to share her thoughts as well. The youngster commented on Ionescu’s post, “You two make the best team,” with a heart in the end, complimenting the couple. 

The WNBA star and the Las Vegas Raiders center tied the knot at the famous Laguna Beach in California. Ionescu and Grasu’s close friends and family turned up, which also involved the Black Mamba‘s family. The late Los Angeles Lakers icon’s daughter and wife showed up alongside Pau Gasol and his wife, as well as Rob Pelinka. While Natalia shared a beautiful message for the newlyweds, her mother, Vanessa, was early to the party.

Ionescu and Vanessa’s friendship goes way back to 2019. It all started when the 5x champion decided to coach Sabrina ahead of her 2020 WNBA season. Ever since the late legend’s demise, the Liberty guard has been on close ties with Vanessa. Now, the two got back together for the wedding. Ionescu and Grasu did not want to dish out a lot of updates from the marriage, but Vanessa couldn’t resist posting a few pictures. Natalia was also seen in some of them with a dazzling green dress which caught the internet’s attention. However, the notable part was Vanessa’s wishes for Ionescu and Grasu.

The 41-year-old wrote on her Instagram, “Congratulations to @sabrina_i and @h_grasu !!! Such a beautiful couple. Wishing you both the very best, always!!! Xo.” Ionescu replied, “Love you,” crediting their friendship, which was brought to light on this special occasion.
