Now, Vanessa has teased a brand new release as she continues the sneaker business in the name of the 5x NBA champion. However, this time, it comes with a twist.

Vanessa Bryant teases the ‘Reverse Grinch’ 

To the Kobe fans out there, this new twist in the colorway is an instant addiction. The Black Mamba‘s sneaker business gained fame in 2010 when Nike released the Kobe 6 ‘Grinch’ aka Kobe 6 ‘Green Apple’. 

Initially, it was an all-neon green sneaker, until they decided to add a slight shade of bright red to make it even more addictive. It has been 13 years since the sneaker was released and it is still sold at a staggering $180. This shows the demand for the late legend’s sneakers. Now Vanessa and Nike decided to make the kicks even more attractive.

The Kobe’s are known for its reptile skin finish to define his nickname, the ‘Black Mamba‘. Thus, Vanessa did not want to make any changes to it. However, the $171 billion franchise decided to twist the colors. Named the ‘Reverse Grinch‘, this time the sneakers are all-red but with a slight shade of neon green. 

Along with this comes an all-black Kobe 6 as well. While the exact dates are not revealed, Vanessa shared, “Why not reverse it for this holiday season?!”. Considering the colorway, there is a good chance it will be released for Christmas.

Well, there are several NBA stars who are ardent worshippers of Kobe Bryant. A few names like DeMar DeRozan, Julius Randle, PJ Tucker, Tyrese Halliburton, and more. These superstars have time and again worn Kobe’s for their game. 

However, nothing beats the collection of Anthony Davis. The Lakers center was the only star to tease the unreleased ‘Reverse Grinch‘ during the playoffs last season in April.
