Kareem’s representative said that the 76-year-old fell to the floor and the impact shattered his hip. The good thing is that the paramedics responded swiftly and took Kareem to the hospital. His condition is also not disclosed yet but Morales said that the NBA veteran is “deeply appreciative” of the help and care he received from the Los Angeles Fire Department on site. Kareem is also very grateful for the “amazing medical team and doctors at UCLA Hospital who are taking great care of (him).”
