After sweet summer vacations, families are getting back to their mundane routines. But not the Wade family. The Wade couple and their daughter spent the summer basking in the French sun. Now, after a long, lavish vacation in France, Wade is already seeking prayers and blessings. Both his daughters are stepping into a new chapter of their lives, after all!

Kaavia, 5 1/2 years old, is all excited for her first day of kindergarten, while Wade’s eldest daughter, Zaya, will begin her senior year. Wade shared a picture of Kaavia who donned her Kindergarten uniform on IG Story. She is holding a board that reads all her favorite things and goals. “When I grow up, I want to be a mom,” a part of it read. 

But Wade, who has previously been through both stages with Zaire and possibly his nephew, Dahveon Morris, doesn’t seem to have gotten used to it yet. “One of my babies are starting school and one is starting senior year. Pray for me,” he wrote on his Instagram stories.

 Kaavia’s Instagram account even shared a carousel post filled with all the adorable snaps from their vacation. She’s excited about her Kindergarten or at least as much she could be before South of France came into the picture. “Kindergarten next, but first, the south of France, with twins,” her post read, which was shared by Gabrielle on her story. 

Zaya on the other hand, as a senior, is on college rounds. Dwyane Wade and his wife Gabrielle Union also accompanied her a few months ago and anxiousness hasn’t evaded them. “We’re stressed out. We’re stressed out about her being away from us … [Parents all have the] same nerves and anxieties about sending your babies away. It’s tough,” Union stated via She Knows. 

So while that nears, Wade and Union are out to dismiss the stress.

As an analyst for NBC, Wade spent the first part of the month calling the games for Team USA at the Olympics, while the mother-daughter duo cheered him on. Kaavia also shared an adorable moment with her father while watching Team USA’s finals when the team clinched the 5th consecutive gold for the team. 

Putting an end to it there, the Wade family went on with their celebration, enjoying some good times in France. From Union sharing a romantic snap of herself with Wade sipping wine during a candlelit dinner to Kaavia’s silly poses, the family had quite a bit of fun.

Their friends also joined them on the trip. Udonis Haslem and his wife, who recently celebrated their 11th anniversary, were spotted together with them. Hilariously, Wade, who soon (30th August) marks 10th anniversary with Gabrielle himself, suggested that everyone on the trip is both working and celebrating their anniversaries together. “We are still working while on vacay, celebrating all our anniversaries,” the Miami Heat legend wrote on his IG Story.

They are making the most out of their vacation.
