Is St33t the equivalent of the Big Three?

In contrast to the Big Three, St33t will present a unique format where teams from various streetball cities will compete over a span of four weeks. Players will participate in various categories, including men’s, women’s, and co-ed teams, adhering to the FIBA 3×3 rules, with games conducted in a round-robin style that culminates in a final championship showdown. Speaking of 3×3 basketball, it was introduced to the Olympic stage at the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics, making it a familiar sport for fans.

In 2017, Ice Cube launched the Big Three, a league that showcased some of the basketball world’s most iconic figures, including Gary Payton, Dr. J, Ice Man, Lisa Leslie, and Nancy Lieberman. It also drew the participation of former NBA players like Allen Iverson, Ron Artest, and others. Unlike NBA players, this new league will serve as a platform for nurturing and fostering 3×3 specialists.
