Even Harry Potter’s invisibility cloak would fall short on Shaq. How did he think one hoodie would cover up 7 feet of big bass personified. But Shaquille O’Neal pushed his luck. With a little deviation from his TNT analysts suits, his at-home Superman logo lounge fashion, and his DJ Diesel tank and bling, Shaq tried on his most nondescript attire to a festival. But clothes don’t maketh Shaq. It only took one fan and a camera to end his spy career.
Shaq posted the shortlived adventure on his alternate DJ Diesel page. What started with, “Trying to go incognito at the festival,” ended in the caption that read, “Lasted a good 10 seconds before my cover got blown.”
Maybe he was trying to scope out the competition in the bass genre when he decided to wear a hoodie to a festival. He was immediately recognized by a guy in steam punk attire identified as Cody Brumbs. Shaq pulled Brumbs aside to maybe shut him up but he couldn’t after he said, “I’m only rootin’ for you. You know that right?” It’s unclear which festival they are at and if Shaq was in the lineup then but Brumbs was the least of his problems.

Because some other guy unseen also noticed the 7’1″ giant and was caught on camera yelling, “Oh s*** It’s Shaq!” He identified himself as Blake Hollingsworth under Shaq’s video and he was the one filming this entire moment which Shaq’s team apparently sourced. The belated realization timed with the drop of “In the House” by the performing artist, Dream, this second turned into an instant meme. He owned it too, sharing it on his own page with, “Peep my call out, ‘Oh s*** it’s Shaq!”

Fans had a lot of responses to Shaq’s failure to blend in at a festival of headbangers such as himself like Kung Fu Panda in stealth mode. Even Brumbs responded, “That’s me talking to Shaq! @DJDiesel is the man!!! What a quality human being! I’ll always be on the rail for you big dog!”
One of the many random Shaq encounters added to the lore. Like always his fans had a lot to say.
Shaq can’t be missed by his DJ buddies
Hollingsworth stole the show from stealthy Shaq. He was the biggest talking point in the comments like, ““OH SHIT ITS SHAQ” was so perfectly timed with the drop.” Some of Shaq’s DJ friends even recommended he sample that sentence into one of his tracks.
Some like the DJ Trivecta gave him the benefit of the doubt with, “Damn it almost worked.” Others like Shaq’s favorite Lost Lands collaborator, Flatland Funk was the dampener with, “If you weren’t 7 foot 2 then maybe lol.”
Other than sharing Shaq’s love for bass, Crankdat also has his cartoonish humor because he wrote, “i wouldn’t bat an eye. that’s just two medium sized dudes stacked on top of eachother for a better view.”
Suggestions were thrown like he needs a mask or sunglasses for next time. Few said he’d stand a head taller than anyway. Others asked him to be a tad considerate like, “Y is the tall guy always in the front row.”

Shaq’s going to be noticed plenty on his Summer of Bass tour in USA and Europe. He’d be smarter to spare the incognito mode for his browser history.
