Nothing Fancy, Dwyane Wade’s Wife Gabrielle Demands Subtle Yet Fulfilling Christmas Gift Well in Advance

Gabrielle Union is known for her food cravings preferably Mexican, and in particular Bacon. The She’s All That star since her interview with Women’s Health Magazine back in 2017 has awed her fans as well as Dwyane Wade fans on how she balances a diet being a foodie. So there is no wonder that she was tempted to ask for this Christmas gift instead of anything fancy. 

The update is on her latest IG story. Here she shares a post from her outing with ‘D-Wade’ in Canada which in her opinion is, “somewhere between lost and found… and i like it 🌱”. The shared video part of this post, our focus of interest, includes a message to her best friend and Flawless co-founder Larry Sims.

The video features another Mexican dish Ground Beef Tacos that she might have had on her day out. “Leave it at my guy Larry Sims, who knows the key to my heart, Ground Beef tacos!” said Gab as she went on to add “Ground Beef if you love me.” While sharing it as a story she was keen to hint at her expectations this Christmas: “It’s gift giving time. The 51-year-old wife of ‘Father Prime’ is vocal so much so that Women’s World once quoted her saying: “I just really like food, especially cheese, bread, and bacon, bacon, bacon.” You might know the story of her trying the Master cleanse diet which lasted for a day and a half. This gives rationale to question her physical fitness to which the Bring It On star points at a balanced diet and exercise while having cheat meals now and then. Clearly, she is into presents that fill the soul. 

Indeed, Wade resonates with this attitude with genuine effort as seen in their last Valentine’s Day celebration. Here the former Heat champion put a surprise for Union and their daughter Kaavia. Boxes with flowers and cards with thoughtful words awaited both with Union’s card saying: “Happy love day my love. It’s a forever and always kind of love.”

Even though it was accompanied by a fancy rose quartz crystal which Union called a “love crystal”, the core of the celebration was Wade making an effort.

Regardless of the special day, it was for Wade, he chose to make his wife the center of celebration, which is another instance of the Heat icon understanding what his beloved appreciates.
