However, this does not even come close to Kiyan’s best performances in his EYBL run. The fact that he is among the top 10 players in the league in terms of points per game should further clarify this. In his 14 games so far, the 17-year-old has averaged 20.0 points and 4.0 rebounds per game. His shooting percentages have also been decently impressive, with 41.3% from the field, and 73.1% from the free throw line.

As for some of his best games in the EYBL, the top one would include his 28 points, which included 5-on-10 3-point shooting, against Pro Skills Elite. Yet another impressive game for Kiyan came against PSA Cardinals, where he scored 25 points, including going 4-on-7 from deep. So far in the league, it can safely be said that the future looks promising for Carmelo Anthony’s 17-year-old son.

Speaking about his plans for college, Kiyan stated he intends to visit his dad’s alma mater, Syracuse, once again, but at the same time, he wants to see Indiana and Tennessee as well. “I’d like to go to a school that is not in the middle of nowhere. I want to go somewhere that has a little bit of an atmosphere. But really, the winning culture. I want to win,” he said.

It is worth mentioning that some of the analysts’ predictions have hinted towards Kiyan moving to Syracuse. However, with the impressive run in the AAU circuit, he is likely to have some more major offers his way. As per the reports, the 17-year-old is likely to reach a decision by the end of this year. Now it is to be seen which college he commits to, as it will play a major role in his pathway to the big league.
