Jamal Crawford was in conversation with Kevin Garnett recently and the duo were talking about everything basketball. Crawford has won the accolade of the Sixth Man of the Year a record three times during his stint in the NBA. He’s one of the only two players in the league’s history to have received the honor three times.
Jamal Crawford revealed to Garnett why he preferred coming off the bench for the majority of his career.
Crawford said, “It comes to the point, Ticket, he’s not even worried about stopping me no more. He don’t even want to be embarrassed.” He added, “I come in with that mindset. My coaches freed me. Doc said, ‘Yo, go get it.‘”
Jamals’ mindset impressed KG and he shared a clip of their conversation on his story. He captioned the story, “Bro knows his sh-t.”

Crawford explained that he had the license from his coach to rain hellfire on his opponents. Jamal was one of the best offensive players in the NBA coming off the bench and has got four fifty-point games in the league. He earlier on revealed how even the legendary Michael Jordan became a fan of his game.

Jamal Crawford recalled an interesting anecdote when he came face to face with none other than the six-time NBA Champion Michael Jordan.
Apparently, the five-time MVP had immense praise for Jamal. “I said, ?Yeah, my dad said you like my game.? He?s like, ?Yeah, I did.? And I am like Woah!”
