Millionaire Taahirah Gets “Put to Work” at Shaquille O’Neal’s Big Chicken as the New Year Unfolds

A $400 million empire isn’t built in a day. It takes years of dedication, hard work, and patience to get to that point. But it seems like the Shaquille O’Neal empire is going to reach new heights now. Especially when the family is willing to join in. Recently, Shaq’s firstborn Taahirah O’Neal took up a job at his outlet.

Sounds weird? It’s true. Taahirah visited the Richmond, TX outlet of Big Chicken where she was immediately “put to work.” Now, the 27-year-old is a millionaire and doesn’t need to take up that job, but it’s a family business and everyone’s contribution matters.

Taahirah posted images from her visit to the Big Chicken store and added a caption to the post, encouraging people to visit the rapidly growing franchise in the upcoming year. She wrote, “Visited our @bigchickenshaq location in Richmond, TX yesterday! The staff put me to work 😜 I loved every minute of it.” Despite having to work at an outlet that her father owns, the 27-year-old was very happy with the experience she had on her visit. She continued, “Make sure you visit a location near you in the new year. Tell them #MissOneal sent you!”

The message is out from Miss O’Neal, so whenever you get a chance, pay a visit to the store. Shaq has grown his new chain of restaurants from strength to strength in the last few years. The Big Chicken was founded on 23 October 2018, and despite being in business for a little over five years, they have managed to open hundreds of outlets and they’re all wildly successful. The credit for the success obviously goes to the main man, Shaquille O’Neal, but he’ll be quick to share the credit with the rest of his dedicated and hardworking team.

It is not just the business aspects that the Big Chicken excels at: their commitment to social obligations is another marvel. From organizing drive-through donations of toys so that underprivileged kids get to have toys during the holidays, to working with Blue Origin to launch a space project, nothing is off-limits for the Shaq-led franchise.

Through their partnership with Blue Origin, the Big Chicken family aims to inspire the upcoming generation of explorers. Their Postcards to Space initiative aims to fly postcards from patrons into space. The postcards will have their vision of the future written on them and upon touchdown, the cards will be returned to the senders, in the hope that it’ll inspire them for bigger things in life.
