Shaquille O’Neal is arguably the most multi-talented former athlete ever. Big Diesel can do it all. From breaking backboards to making rap songs and a whole host of other things. The 4x NBA champion has had no problem challenging some of the biggest stars from other disciplines. Notably, Shaq was once part of a TV show where he faced off with superstars in their area of expertise. However, ABC Network discontinued the show after two seasons. Despite this, he recently clashed with a master chef. Of course, O’Neal did pretty well for someone who once believed Black people don’t drink coffee.

The Los Angeles Lakers legend has built a business empire with the help of the investment strategy he worked out over the years. However, even he has made some poor decisions despite having an estimated net worth of over $400 million.

The Big Aristotle is hilarious, and his antics on TV are loved by fans around the world. So when Shaq went up against legends of other sports, people loved the interaction between the stars and how they competed. Even if O’Neal was barely good in some of the other disciplines, he was not worried about looking bad. After all, he is Superman and was a freak athlete during his prime.

Remarkably, O’Neal once challenged Olympics legend Michael Phelps to a swimming contest! That sums up how daring the 2000 NBA MVP is. So facing off against a master chef in a cooking competition should be light work for him.

Shaq recently made an appearance on chef Nick DiGiovanni’s show where the two had an intense 15-minute burger cook-off.

Interestingly, O’Neal did not just compete; he had an important lesson for the cook as well.

As DiGiovanni put major effort into his making his burger perfect, O’Neal casually made his Classic Shaq Patty Burger. As expected, there were some hilarious moments during the show.

In one instance, the chef stated that he is using the whole fifteen minutes to make a nice burger. The former center replied, “Okay. Can I explain something to you? Real regular hard-working people, we don’t have time for that.”

After fifteen minutes, both stars presented their dish to the judge who hilariously announced Shaq was the winner without even trying the burgers.

Shaquille O’Neal once made the mistake of not investing in Starbucks because of his perception of coffee.

The 15x NBA All-Star himself once admitted that it was his biggest mistake. Shaq said, “My biggest mistake was not investing in Starbucks. I had the opportunity before Magic Johnson.” Notably, Magic owned over 100 Starbucks franchises from 1998 to 2010. He netted $100 million for selling his stake in the coffee giant thirteen years ago.

What’s interesting is Shaq’s unique reasoning for foregoing the investment opportunity. “I told Howard Schultz that black people don’t drink coffee because I never seen anyone in my family drink coffee.
