Grover saw Jordan shaking his head in disappointment. Wondering what to do to fix the situation, Grover decided to take his shoes off. Little did he know that this would lead to one of the most embarrassing moments of his life.
Grover wrote, “So I pull off the shoes —wondering if maybe I should offer to set them on fire—and realize there’s a hole in my sock. I put the shoes back on. He’s just watching. Says nothing “.
