This deal is set to benefit both parties immensely. The Jordan Brand will have new star power carrying them towards global domination. Meanwhile, the player in question will see his value skyrocket internationally. After all, Jordan Brand contributed $5 billion to Nike’s sales just in 2022.

The new deal between the Jordan Brand and the 24-year-old guard could exceed the NBA pro’s current contract with the Dallas Mavericks. And that’s already a massive figure.

Michael Jordan puts trust and big money on Luka Magic

Luka Doncic is one of the biggest stars on Michael Jordan‘s sneaker contract. Doncic’s partnership with the Jordan Brand began in 2019 with a five year, $75 million deal. He became the first European to have his own shoe line under the brand. Now, the Slovenian powerhouse will further the brand value with the new deal. The NBA player and the sneaker giant have signed a multi-year contract extension in August 2023.

As his old contract reached its end, he signed and extension. It will keep Doncic in the Jordan Family till 2029. Financials are yet to be disclosed, but one can expect a steep jump from Luka’s first Jordan contract.

Luka Doncic has worn Nike for most of his career, switching to other brands on occasion. Fans speculated which sneaker brand would swoop him with many brands showing interest in signing the Mavericks star.
