Marcus said, “I’m a Jordan by DNA and so I feel like winning is in my blood.” But will the Jordan instinct kick in even when he’s going against his girlfriend? Marcus said that it makes the situation a little tricky but he’s confident about a smooth sailing experience on the show. He said, “I definitely feel like it’s a target on our back. But I do feel like I’m super lucky and happy to have my girlfriend here because it made the adjustment so much easier.”

Larsa unveiled that there are some changes in their relationship that she is experiencing because of the new show. She said that although it is difficult to separate their individual identities from their love life, for the sake of the competition, she’s willing to do it. Larsa said, “We had to have this conversation and we’re basically like, ‘Hey, once we get to the castle, I’m Larsa and you’re Marcus and we’re not necessarily a duo anymore. You’re on your own. I’m on my own.” Regardless of the initial difficulties, Larsa and Marcus believe that this experience will help them grow together and individually.

She said, “I feel like we’re both growing individually, and this is our path. And I think it’s super fun to be able to experience this with someone that you care about and at the same time be challenged in your relationship.” The shooting of the show didn’t take a toll on their relationship and Larsa thinks it is because of the fact that they have built a solid foundation for it.

She said, “Thank God we’ve got a solid relationship because we hadn’t hung out at all.” The couple will be competing for a prize money of $250,000. But more than the money, it is the experience of the show that matters to them.
