The LSU Tigers and the Iowa Hawkeyes have delivered one of the best NCAA games this season. Hawkeyes superstar Caitlin Clark fired up the court with nine three-pointers as the crowd erupted every time she swished the ball. Although, the game was out of reach for the LSU Tigers with less than two minutes remaining, a controversial foul call on Angel Reese has surprised many on the internet. Well, former Los Angeles Lakers icon Ron Artest is one of them too.

Right before entering the last minute of the game, the Tigers got a crucial steal. Reese found her way to the basket to get contact from Iowa’s Kate Martin. Although she made the basket, the referees called a charge on her. This was Reese’s 5th foul and she was sent to the bench after getting fouled out. Well, that caught Metta World Peace‘s attention.

The 2010 NBA champion tweeted, “Literally an horrible call on Angel. But great game”. Notably, when the game ended, there was only a 7-point difference. So did that foul call cost a possible win for the LSU Tigers?
