It was finally time for the Wolves to step up their game. And they did. The Antman and his squad were all about making a big impact as they gained a 115-70 win over the Nuggets. Anthony Edwards and his squad beat the Denver Nuggets
Learning from mistakes made in the initial few games, the Timberwolves did not repeat the same. The team has demonstrated a superior performance across the board compared to the Nuggets. As mentioned by Pierce, emotions were visible in the players. Any hopes left after the first two defeats were crushed by their third defeat by the Nuggets.
Speaking of the Minnesota Timberwolves’ power performance and strategies, Jokic said, “This isn’t something that we can just flush. They beat our ass. They were better than us in every segment of the game. We need to accept it and take it. And then we need to try and be better the next time. When you lose by 45 points, it’s not something that happens every day. So we have to accept it and learn from it.”
