Larsa Pippen seems to be in a rush to find a buyer for her penthouse. The RHOM actress has been in the headlines for quite a while for her second (and final) break-up with Marcus Jordan. It seems that her focus shifted from looking for a potential buyer to dealing with her breakup. However, just a few days after announcing their split, the actress has made a significant decision to quicken the selling process of her Miami penthouse.

Outfitted with the most luxurious furniture and facilities, Larsa previously put up a house on sale for $4,199,99. However, as suggested by a recent real estate report by Radar Online, the mother of four reduced the listing price of the penthouse. The house has become a little cheaper with $3,999,999 as the final value, which is quite surprising.

She bought the house for $3.375 million, with which Larsa is certainly gaining a profit. However, considering the unknown value spent on personalization and additional facilities in the penthouse, we are not sure if Larsa is still the winner in this deal.

She bought the penthouse after her split with ex-husband Scottie Pippen. The fully furnished penthouse perched on Paramount Miami World Center at 851 NE 1st Ave spans 3,312 sq. ft. and is quite spacious. However, previously, in an episode of Watch What Happens Live, Larsa shared that the reason behind selling her house is that it is too small for her and Marcus.

“I tried the condo life. I do like it. But I do feel like I need a big closet. I have a lot of clothes, Marcus has a lot of Jordans. So we definitely need, like, a big house with a big closet,” Larsa said.

She hinted that the two were looking for a house in Florida. Her daughter Sophia and son Justin Pippen were also spotted joining her on house hunting while Marcus was absent. So.
