NBA veteran Shaquille O’Neal and internet sensation Khaby Lame recently collaborated on a mega project. These two are some of the most loved stars on the internet. While Khaby made a career online, Shaq has managed to win over the netizens with his personality. Beverage giant Pepsi has recruited them for their new ad.
Since Khaby’s signature style is that he never speaks in the videos, he continued the same tradition while featuring alongside the Big Man as well.
In the ad, Shaq appears as a customer at the Pepsi Diner where Khaby is there for his service. The 23-year-old presents a few sandwich options to Shaq which would be appropriate for his size. However, the 7’1 giant is not someone who will get easily impressed. Khaby then offers Diesel a regular sized sandwich and that almost seals the deal for him. The one missing thing from the equation is Shaq’s Pepsi, and he gets that offered soon as well. Khaby posted the ad on his Instagram where he boasts a massive following of almost 80 million people. “You are very hard to make happy Shaq but in the end it all worked out. #pepsipartner @shaq”, he captioned the post.

Shaquille O’Neal is tired of being a giant
Being 7’1 must have its perks, unfortunately not a lot of people know what that might feel like. In the case of Shaq, being 7’1 in the NBA meant that his motive to become the most dominant player in the history of the league would become slightly easier. Shaq’s build was one of the primary reasons behind his style of play which often sent chills down the spines of his opponents. However, despite having an enormously successful career, Shaq is tired of being a giant.
He expressed his disappointment over the towering height in a Pepsi ad he featured in back in November 2023. Shaq posted a clip of the Pepsi ad on his Instagram with the caption, “Yes, it’s true. Sometimes I wish I was a little bit smaller.” Now his new ad following the same theme seems like Shaq is really tired of being 7’1.
