Jimmy Butler is one of the fan favorites in the league. He’s admired for his no-bulls*** attitude. It’s the career objective of every NBA athlete to have their names etched in the NBA Hall of Fame, but not for Butler. He surprised many when he gave his take on the ‘prestigious’ Hall of Fame honor.

Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce are both Hall of Famers and led the Boston Celtics to their championship win in 2008 against the Los Angeles Lakers.

While discussing Butler’s comments about the Hall of Fame honor, Kevin Garnett said, “I was like, dayum, bro, he shot that right there.” Butler termed the Hall of Fame as “Old heads honor”. Butler made it clear he doesn’t lose sleep on whether he’ll be given the honor or not. \

Garnett and Pierce were both taken aback by the Heat star. Pierce admitted that he would definitely like to see Jimmy have his name etched in the Hall of Fame just because of his superior playoff performances.
