Anthony Edwards’ first love was football but later changed his passion to basketball thanks to his older brother. He used to play primarily in a quarterback position. His major influence and his humble personality are because of his love for his mother and grandmother.

In 2015 Edwards lost both his mother and grandmother to cancer in 8 months. Both these tragedies happened on the 5th of those months. Edwards has thus turned that emotional moment into his strength as he is wearing #5 with pride for the Minnesota Timberwolves.

The post has a video that starts with a sideways look at the shoe and then transitions into old footage of him playing football. The post also contains an old photo of him wearing the jersey of Atlanta Vikings. The color scheme is purple and golden representing the jersey of Vikings. The previous edition had a color scheme of black and peach which was a favorite of his mother and grandmother’s.
