James Harden Falls Prey to Charles Barkley as All-Star Fit Misfires Yet Again

The NBA and the fashion world continue to increase their intermingling. With the greater focus on them, their fashion game has also needed to step up. As a result, pre-game fits have become a bigger emphasis with each passing game, leading to stars aiming for the skies. However, with Charles Barkley at the helm, no one was safe, even the NBA All-Stars. But, his greatest adversary was an old favorite. For years, Chuck has been going all out against James Harden and his…err eccentric outfits. With a live microphone and every All-Star to review, the Philadelphia 76ers legend did not disappoint.

“I’m not sure what the f**k this is. This is a hard, HARD, no. This is Hard-en no. Hard-en no, this is a 2, at best.” The ensemble in question was a rather peculiar choice by the 2018 NBA MVP, leading to the harsh critique from Barkley.

An ugly, minty green shoe over grey pants was already a bold choice from James. But, pairing that with a white tee could have brought the look together. However, on top, a transparent, white mesh jacket was the icing on the cake for a verbal barrage from the Chuckster.

Previously, the Round Mound of Rebound has taken on the designated fashion police role for the NBA on TNT crew. More commonly than not The Beard finds himself the victim of his onslaught. But, that has not hindered the 3x scoring champion from making Charles root for him.

Further, the Los Angeles Clippers superstar wasn’t the only one to face the hammer from the 1993 NBA MVP.

Calling his outfit worthy of an MVP, it was a far cry from the brutal remarks on Harden and SGA, whose fur coat and bag weren’t a huge hit with him. Moreover, the bag was seen as a “bit too much” by the Hall of Famer. But, a neon heavy fit from LaMelo Ball wasn’t one the Chuckster saw too much of a problem with.
