The past few days have been wild for Marcus Jordan and Larsa Pippen. ‘Larcus’ were in Los Angeles when paparazzi hounded them during their date. Pippen was wearing a diamond band on her left ring finger that sparked engagement rumors. Engagement rings, wedding venues, and potentially marrying on reality TV were the hot topics of the couple’s podcast, Separation Anxiety this week. Right away, they went into the media craze surrounding the ring Pippen is wearing.

She revealed that since the ring news, friends and family called and texted to confirm if they’re engaged. She was getting premature congratulations to which she responded, “I’m so excited, but no, we’re not engaged.

So they didn’t waste too much bursting that bubble. But she did confirm that Marcus did give her a ring. “We’re not engaged,” Pippen reiterated. “But you [Marcus] did give me a promise ring.”

The engagement rumors didn’t come out of thin air. Apart from the ring, Jordan also made a bold statement to the paparazzi, which he addressed in the opening of the show.

“Things move really quickly when you’re in LA,” Larsa said about the snowball effect Marcus’ unserious statement had. He referred to photogs shouting questions about a possible wedding when they were leaving an LA restaurant.

The son of MJ tried to be “cheeky” claiming, “I told them that we’re looking for a location and it’s in the works.”  The speculation escalated from there.
