The relationship Dwyane Wade shares with his children is truly beautiful. He has himself dealt with a rough childhood, but that never stopped him from becoming the doting father he is to his children. When Zaire asked an emotional question to his father about showing up to every event, Wade gave a heart-touching response.
He said, “Nothing is more important to me than family, nothing is more important to me than my community and I would sacrifice all the things I can to show up for my people because you guys showed up for me.”
Maintaining a balance between family and work is never easy. However, the Miami Heat icon ensured that he was there for his family and friends every time they needed him. This was yet another heartwarming display of love and bonding between the father-son connection, the bond between Wade and his son.

Back in another interview, Zaire asked Wade if he ever felt less motivated or had moments where he lost sight of his goals. Wade’s response, though not surprising, must have inspired Zaire. “I have been very driven my entire life it’s just something from the community I grew up in from my circumstances,” said Wade. He further added, “I want more. I just always wanted more out of life than what was presented to me, and I have always wanted for my family and for my people.”
