Draymond Green is NBA’s resident menace. The Golden State Warriors star is now synonymous with on-court fights. It seems like Green has a bone to pick with someone every other week. After his recent swing at Jusuf Nurkic, he has been suspended indefinitely by the league.
Green’s antics have led to the frustration of several people in the league. Recently, NBA veteran Richard Jefferson discussed the case of the 33-year-old on his Road Trippin’ podcast. While Jefferson said that Green is getting out of control, Channing Frye stated that he would find out the consequences of his attitude the wrong way.

Frye said that a lot of Green’s on-court victims have been the European NBA players. He said that Green has had a stellar career due to which he used to get a pass on some of his antics. Frye said that he is “good for the brand of the league.” However, the 40-year-old believes that when his team is suffering on the court, he should put all his focus on getting out of the slump. He said, “It’s enough. Enough is enough. And it…comes out of nowhere. And the problem is, he’s gonna boop the wrong European, and they’re gonna punch him right in the face”.
The 2026 NBA champion said, “He[Green] does be beating up on the Europeans. Sabonis, Gobert, Nurkic”. However, Jefferson dismissed the idea of Green having an agenda against the European players. The 43-year-old kept it under a more general discussion stating that whatever the Warriors star is up to, it’s taking him and his team in the wrong direction. Regardless of what’s on his mind, Green is definitely going downhill with his on-court rage.
The Warriors are currently in 11th place with a 10-14 record and a three-game losing streak.

On his show, NBA veteran Rasheed Wallace admitted that Green’s on-court behavior is influenced a lot by him. He said that Green was hanging out a lot in the Detroit Pistons locker room as he was friends with the GM’s son. Regardless of who influenced the Warriors star, or what reason is behind the drama, fans don’t want to see a brawl break out every time they tune in to watch the Warriors in action.
