Every NBA player knows that his career might be over with just a single injury. Despite that, the players go ?all-out? in their practice for the NBA season to achieve basketball greatness. Unfortunately, very few NBA players have been able to land on the lucky side of this gamble. To make things worse, some of the greats of the game, too, have fallen victim to this trap.
In a recent interview on ?YouTube?, an NBA star?s father, who once played for the Jets, came up with an interesting take on the late Kobe Bryant‘s decision from 2016.

NBA star?s father gives his opinion on Kobe?s retirement in 2016
In a ?YouTube? interview on ?djvlad?, Lonzo and LaMelo Ball?s father LaVar Ball talks about the time when Late Kobe Bryant retired from the NBA. LaVar Ball immediately responds, ?Who got boo?ed? Nah, that?s what they say man.?.
He further added, ?People try to create these narratives man?let me tell you man, when I walk down the street, don?t nobody come and tell me, ” Man, Lavar you an a**hole.”. Everybody on the streets show me much love.?.

LaVar Ball was talking about Lonzo Ball?s extremely successful college career in UCLA and incredible performance in the ?Summer League? made him one of the top prospects going into the 2017 NBA draft.
He further says, ?If Magic was the coach, my son would still be there.?. The host adds, ?well Kobe retired the year before?so that must have obviously been beneficial for you?. LaVar Ball responds on what he thought about the Black Mamba?s retirement from the Lakers in 2016, ?He was too old now?let Lonzo do his thing.?.

The 55-year-old signed with the now-Aaron Rodgers? New York Jets in May, 1994. Before that, he played a year of college football at Long Beach City College. He signed with the New York Jets as a ?Defensive End?. A former teammate of LaVar Ball from the New York Jets was Boomer Esiason, the Jets? quarterback from 1993 to 1995.
