But he revealed that he’s been struggling with his massive physique. One might assume that it might be difficult sometimes to be a big guy. Thus, he has hired the services of an IFBB Pro to get him back to his absolute best.

The four-time champion seems to be serious when it comes to his physical health, as it was revealed he’s been working with a professional bodybuilder. Recently his trainer revealed what it’s like to train the former MVP.

Rashid Shabazz is a self-proclaimed CFO (Chief Fitness Officer) for Shaquille O’Neal. He’s taken up on the arduous task of getting the NBA Hall of Famer back into his physical prime.

He’s also an IFBB Professional, a title that’s not acquired easily. One might assume that it might be easy for Shabazz to get the seven-foot giant back to his best but turns out things are a bit different.

When Rashid was asked what it’s like to train the NBA legend, he jokingly fell out of his chair. He might be pointing out the fact that Shaq can be a handful sometimes and not an easy man to deal with. This was a rather interesting revelation made by Rashid, who’s turned the basketball ace into a proper bodybuilder.

Shaquille O’Neal flexes his muscles

It’s quite evident that Shaquille O’Neal has gotten himself into the craft of bodybuilding. The seven-foot giant was spotted flexing his muscles on camera, showing off his monstrous physique.

He captioned the clip, “#THOTDADDYTHURSDAY STARTS TODAY.” He can be seen packing an awful lot of muscle mass. It’s quite evident that the work that Shaq’s been doing with Rashad Shabazz is coming to fruition.
