Grant Hill's 25-year marriage—Is he the ultimate role model for balancing family and career?

7× NBA All-Star Grant Hill is still head over heels in love with his wife. A whole quarter of a century later, Grant showed that he is still as crazy as he was in the beginning for “Spend My Life with You” singer, Tamia Hill. Their latest wedding anniversary was a heartwarming celebration of their enduring love. Grant showcased their bond with a touching wedding video, perfectly representing their incredible connection.

Grant Hill was appointed as the managing director for Team USA back in April 2021 for the 2021-2024 term. Adhering to his role, Hill has been away on duty with the national team for the Paris Olympics. Even amid his busy schedule, the co-owner of the Atlanta Hawks made sure to express his love for Tamia on their 25th wedding anniversary. “25 years ago, we said ‘I Do’. 25 years later, we still say ‘I Do,'” wrote Grant in the caption, further adding, “Happy 25th Anniversary @realtamiaworld #Still.”

Looking back at their journey, it’s clear that Grant and Tamia Hill were destined for each other. Between 1990 and 1994, Grant was regarded as one of the greatest college prospects, and in 1994, he was drafted by the Detroit Pistons. Interestingly, that same year, Tamia got her big break in the music industry, marking the start of two incredible careers.

Grant quickly made a name for himself in the NBA, becoming an All-Star in his first three years. Over his career, he earned this honor seven times, solidifying his status as one of the league’s best.

Interestingly, Grant met the six-time Grammy nominated singer-songwriter, through a blind date set up by singer Anita Baker while he was with the Pistons. After 3 years together, they tied the knot in 1999. Their family grew with the birth of their first daughter, Myla Hill, in 2002, followed by their younger daughter, Lael Rose, in 2007.
