Two months back, Shaquille O’Neal proudly stated about owning 40 cars in his garage! A majority of the thanks goes to Effortless Motors who have helped him add 8 of those vehicles to that collection. Three of those have been cyber trucks as his fascination with Elon Musk’s creation doesn’t end. In the new year, the Lakers legend decided to give away one such cyber truck. Although it’s not from his personal collection, it still has Shaq’s customization.
“AT TRA, ALL WE DO IS MAKE A MOVIE AFTER A MOVIE! 🎥 OUR GUYS @thedormdudes BROKE RECORDS ALL NIGHT LONG 🔥 W/ THE HELP OF @ochocinco AND THE MOST DOMINANT BIG MAN EVER @shaq WE GAVE AWAY OUR SUPER CYBER TRUCK SIGNED BY NONE OTHER THAN THE BIG DIESEL HIMSELF 🤯.”
The Dorm Dudes posted on their Instagram a few days ago about the giveaway involving NBA icon Shaquille O’Neal and NFL icon Chad Johnson. Today, they added a vlog on their YouTube channel, in which the Lakers legend helped choose the winner.

“Candygirl, I hate to say” Shaq first tried to bring back the actor inside him as he pretended to give the winner a piece of bad news. However, he quickly changed his tone to announce the big news. “You win a CYBERTRUCK!”
The 4x NBA champion signed the special cyber truck, which was wrapped in red with the Superman logo. For the event, Shaq also wore his iced-out diamond-encrusted ‘S’ logo. His fascination with the DC superhero is well-known, just like his love for the $82,235-worth vehicle.
“I hate to say it. I got the cleanest Cybertruck in the country, thanks to Effortless Motors.” Shaquille O’Neal spoke after he saw his ‘Cyber Beast,’ a custom all-black by Effortless Motors which has a wide-body kit and carbon fiber construction. But did you know, why Shaquille O’Neal continues to give them business?

The saga for the celebrity auto brokers based out of California, with LeBron James ended up giving bad publicity. An intern who no longer works with Effortless Motors thought of a marketing idea to get them traction: Tagging King James. However, the Lakers superstar denied any contact or purchasing any vehicles from them. However, Shaquille O’Neal reached out to the owner, Daniel Ubario, to clear the air.
After understanding, that it was all unintentional, the Big Aristotle would purchase eight vehicles from them, including three customized Cybertrucks, a Mercedes Sprinter van, and Ubario’s own Mercedes.
“You wanna know what type of person I am? That’s the type of person I am. I see a kid on the internet who’s just starting his business and I support him…He’s like, ‘I want to give you this free car,’ I’m like, ‘Bro, just be my friend, I don’t want nothing for free.”

Since he has three Cybertrucks in his collection, he can be considered a pro of this vehicle. That is why he happily took part in the giveaway arranged by the Dorm Dudes and picked the winner. Also added his signature to make the New Year gift more special.
