He celebrated his 10th wedding anniversary recently, but Dwyane Wade may still have competition for who pairs better with Gab. The only major relief for the ex-Miami Heat star is that the competition is not in real life but just reel life. Notably, the 51-year-old actress is playing Ed Harris’ wife in her latest stint.

During her recent appearance at the 2024 Toronto International Film Festival, Gab was asked about similarities between her real-life husband and her on-screen husband. “They’re both cool as a cucumber. Shockingly chill. They’re both very handsome,” she replied to iHeart Radio.

The movie in the discussion is Riff Raff, directed by Dito Montiel. Along with Gab and Harris, the star cast includes some other popular names like Bill Murray, Jennifer Coolidge and Pete Davidson. This is Union Wade’s second movie this year after Space Cadet.

Following the low IMDb rating of 4.9 and a subpar Rotten Tomato score of 27 percent, the 51-year-old must have high hopes for Riff Raff. Categorizing the movie as a Crime-Comedy, IMDb describes it as, “A former criminal’s ordinary life, which is turned upside down when his old family shows up for a long-awaited reunion.”

Gab was at the TIFF for the premier of the very same movie. While she dazzled in a multicolored dress by Prada, Dwyane Wade accompanied her in a black outfit.
