The aircraft had a logo on it that read ‘Weather Modification International’. They are a company that installs FAA-approved seeding equipment for aircraft. The FAA is the Federal Aviation Administration. They are part of the government that is responsible for the regulation and oversight of civil aviation within the U.S.

Kevin Garnett’s history with conspiracy theories
It’s not the first time that Kevin Garnett shared a video on Instagram that left people questioning everything. A few months ago, after seeing a clip from the Joe Rogan Experience, KG shared the clip of them talking about the “Collins family”?and how they have descendants all over the world. They also say that they might be the most powerful family in the world because of their influence. He further added that there is no concrete evidence for this, but KG still felt it was enough to share with his fans.
On another occasion, after seeing the news channels all talking about the same incident in the same way, KG revealed to his fans that everyone is living in a matrix and that the matrix is, in fact, real. This caused a major buzz at the time, as internet celebrity Andrew Tate was at his peak of popularity, and his main selling point was ‘escaping the matrix’.
