When it comes to fashion and influencing a generation, one of the first names that comes to mind is Allen Iverson. Iverson was different and unapologetically himself. He wore the clothes that he liked and that he felt were comfortable. He never confined himself to filling a role that was put on him by others.

Iverson has pioneered fashion trends with his own unique style and flair. But years later, he himself is not proud of everything that he wore back in the day.

Allen Iverson has changed his style over the years

During an interview with GQ, Iverson and the host were discussing his fashion sense during the NBA. He pioneered wearing baggy clothes and big outfits back in the day. Iverson was asked about his iconic blue fur outfit from the early 2000s.

This made Iverson reveal he wore it two years ago for the all-star weekend.

He then said that he did not even have it with him, and it was with his mom at her house. The coat was so big that he had to cut it down to his size for the all-star game. He even made mufflers out of it for his kids.

Iverson said, “That thing was so big, man I’m talking about Shaq’s size“.

It looks like Iverson has been doing some shopping for a big man when he is a skinny guy himself. But his fashion has always been different, and he was always seen wearing baggy clothes back in the day.
