LeBron James is arguably the greatest athlete that the NBA has ever seen. Volatile, determined and hardworking, the King has been under the limelight ever since his High School days. Earning his eligibility during his senior year, James was chosen by the Cleveland Cavaliers in the 2003 NBA draft. Taken as the first overall pick, the 4x NBA champion always had lofty expectations riding on him. Officially becoming the all-time leading scorer last season, it is safe to say that King James has exceeded those initial expectations.
Now entering his 21st season, the 38-year-old has had a longevity that not many have replicated before. Currently, the second oldest player behind Andre Iguodala, the 19x all-star, might just become the Tom Brady of basketball. One former teammate of Bron recently spoke on this longevity, as he offered his flowers to the G.O.A.T.

Dwight Howard and LeBron James have been battling one another ever since their time in the Eastern conference. Representing the Orlando Magic and Cleveland Cavaliers, respectively, the two often locked horns as they vied for the ECF crown. While the two were bitter rivals during their early days, the pair eventually teamed up in 2020, winning the NBA title together with the LA Lakers.
Appreciating the longevity of Bron’s career, Superman recently commented on his everlastingness, as he stated. “Whatever we do, do it whole heartedly. You see that you can accomplish anything and do it with longevity, by somebody like LeBron.”
