Did Michael Jordan abandon her daughter?

The answer is definitely no. However, MJ’s second oldest son Marcus Jordan, in the latest episode of his podcast, ‘Separation Anxiety’, shared a story about how his father once chose money over his own blood.

As Marcus recalled, in one of their family vacations to the Bahamas, His Airness and Jasmine’s jet ski got capsized and turned over. While Jasmine had a life vest on, MJ was not wearing one. Marcus revealed, “All you see is this big wad of cash like probably 40 grand in a rubber band. My dad literally went for the 40 grand first. … My dad said, ‘She got on a life vest but I gotta go grab this couch.”
